Why work with Erin?
I think that this question would be best answered by my clients.
I’d say that it’s a good idea to work with me if you feel like you are stuck in some sort of rut with physical pain, emotional turmoil, or mental blocks and you haven’t yet found something that gets tangible results. The cool thing, is that if you really commit to the work, I can help guide you to getting more of what you want and less of what you don’t.
Oftentimes, the results are quite immediate, though they usually need to be further maintained and explored for lasting relief. Other times, our work is slow and steady and peppered with seismic shifts. Each person is unique. Each process is different, tailored to your individual set of circumstances and way of being. Results are the goal…how we get there often differs.
If you are not interested in changing your life for the better, using truth, courage, vulnerability and trust on your path to healing, I am probably not the right person for you. In that case, my process might be challenging for both of us. That is rare, but if it happens, I may be able to refer you to someone who does a different kind of work or has a different style, perhaps at a slower pace.

I’m loving, supportive, funny, passionate and committed to helping others. I’m down to earth and practical while remaining open to unlimited possibilities. I believe that each of us has the power to heal ourselves, to accomplish amazing things, and that our limited beliefs get in the way. Sky’s the limit…or Universe is the limit…or….
What is a session like?
A typical session starts with checking in on your life…what’s going well, what’s troubling you, physically, emotionally, mentally and whatnot. Then, we will usually assess each issue in order to figure out what’s most pressing while acknowledging that most things are interconnected whether they seem that way or not. We “take the blinders off” to recognize that it’s possible that what is going on in our lives can be related to how we are feeling. Then, usually, we will Tap On It in order to take the edge off or even release the cause of our troubles and heal. After Tapping, which can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes depending on the circumstance, we re-assess your intensity level on the topic at hand and proceed accordingly. We are always looking for results. We can sometimes experience them in the moment during the session. This is exciting because you can often feel the difference right there and then. You don’t have to wait a week, a month, a year to see the benefits. That is very cool to be a part of. I wish it upon everyone.
Why would I need multiple sessions?
You can get a lot from one session. It’s exciting because you can often experience a tangible result in your very first session. And, if you’re self-motivated and action oriented, it’s possible to carry on the bit that you learn in that session into the rest of your life. That is awesome! Most of us, however, need help in being able to see through our own fog.
Scheduling regular sessions, once a week or every other week, can be very helpful in cutting through your fog and healing yourself as a whole. We’ve been collecting “junk” for our whole lives, physically and emotionally. Building a practice to extract that junk to live a life filled with joy and freedom takes time.
In addition, most of us are used to handling things in our own ways, which can sometimes be limited. We’ve each got our own toolbox of methods. Some eat to drown their sorrows. Some sleep to placate their wounds. Some drink or smoke or cut. Some complain. The list goes on and on.
Here’s a metaphor: A loving father has been using a shoe to put nails in a wall for his whole life. This has worked for him, for the most part and he has known nothing other than this method. One day, for his birthday, his daughter gives him a hammer. He looks at it perplexed. She shows him how to use it and he is overjoyed. He can’t believe how easy it is to put a nail into the wall with this new device…the hammer. He excitedly puts the hammer into his toolbox. The next week, he has a picture to hang on his wall. So, he grabs a nail and takes off his shoe. Why?
Because that’s all he’s ever known. He’s spent 40 years using a shoe to put a nail into the wall. Yes, the hammer works better, but he doesn’t even remember that the hammer was there. It’s been ingrained in him to use the shoe and so, without some help, he will continue to use a shoe for the rest of his life. Regular sessions help you to remember that you have an incredibly effective “hammer” at your fingertips.
Regular sessions teach you how to use that hammer effectively, efficiently. There is no limit to what you can do with that “hammer” and I am here to teach you, show you, guide you through that process so that you can create the life of your dreams. Without regular sessions, it’s possible to figure all of this out on your own, it’s just much easier and swifter with the regular help of a professional.
